Der Mitarbeiter, Herr Zöchmeister, war ausgesprochen kompetent, freundlich und wirklich bemüht uns zu helfen. Nach viel Arbeit leider ohne Erfolg hat er nicht aufgegeben und mit etwas Glück tatsächlich die Ursache gefunden und so weit repariert, dass wir weiterfahren konnten. Auch entsprechende Infos, was zu reparieren ist, haben wir noch mit auf den Weg bekommen. Vielen lieben Dank. Solche Helfer lob ich mir. Short and concise but friendly on the phone. The waiting time is uncomfortable but quite reasonable. The employee, Mr. Zöchmeister, was extremely competent, friendly and really tried to help us. After a lot of work, unfortunately without success, he did not give up and with a little luck actually found the cause and repaired it so far that we could continue. We also received relevant information on what needs to be repaired. Thank you so much. I praise such helpers.
