Danach wurde unser PKW von einem sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter angesehen und auch der Fehler behoben ?
 We were in Baden for a travel and cancellation insurance and we took out this after a friendly and competent explanation.
Then our car was viewed by a very friendly employee and the error was also fixed ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Besuch der wegen eines defekten Autos nicht unbedingt Freude macht, würde hier durch die Dame die mir mein Clubmobil über- gab zu einem Erlebnis der besonderen Art. Selten 20 Minuten vor Geschäftsschluss so freundlich, zuvorkommend und kompetent von einem Mitarbeiter bedient worden. Eine Mitarbeiterin wie man sie suchen muss. ÖAMTC Baden wo diese Dame arbeitet, sowie alle anderen in der Kette haben sich toll um mein Anliegen bemüht. Danke.
A visit that is not necessarily fun because of a defective car would be a very special experience thanks to the lady who gave me my club mobile. Rarely has an employee served so friendly, courteously and competently 20 minutes before closing time. An employee like you have to look for. ÖAMTC Baden where this lady works, as well as everyone else in the chain, went to great lengths to address my concerns. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin schockiert! Ich kam ins Geschäft und musste erst einmal eine Ewigkeit warten, was für mich persönlich nicht mal das Schlimmste war. Am Schalter begegnete ich einer blonden Mitabeiterin, die direkt unfreundlich und passiv aggressiv war. Sie hat mich ohne Grund sehr herablassend behandelt, was mir eineen Schock versetzt hat!!!
I'm shocked! I came into the shop and had to wait an eternity, which for me personally wasn't even the worst. At the counter I met a blond female employee who was immediately unfriendly and passively aggressive. She treated me very condescendingly for no reason which shocked me!!!
