Es war allerdings alles sehr kurzfristig und leider keine Terminvereinbarung moeglich. War auch keine notwendig, ohne Wartezeit hat mir der Stuetzpunktleiter sofort einen Techniker zugewiesen, der bei der gewünschten Unterbodenkontrolle auch noch einen leichten, aber nicht unwesentlichen Mangel entdeckt hat. Ich habe mich danach mit der Besitzerin sehr schnell auf einen für beide Seiten sehr zufriedenstellenden Preis einigen können. Vielen Dank dafür nach Buch in Tirol. S	Sabine Berwein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatten eine Panne und mußten mit einem Leihwagen zurück nach Wien fahren. Der Wagen kam erst nach mehrmaligen anrufen nach 13 Tagen nach Wien!? Dann erfuhren wir das nur eine Zündkerzen defekt war. Leider muß ich schreiben das daß keine gute Überprüfung von diesem Öamtc Mechaniker war. Traurig traurig! Broke down and had to drive back to Vienna in a rental car. The car only came to Vienna after several calls after 13 days! ? Then we found out that only one spark plug was defective. Unfortunately I have to write that it was not a good review from this Öamtc mechanic. Sad sad!

Sitz selber ohne Maske hinter einer Glasscheibe, dann kommen auch noch 2 Mitarbeiter ohne Maske in den Verkaufsraum zu der Dame an ihren Tisch, halten keinen Sichtsabstand ein. Da kommt man sich als Kunde irgend wie verblödet vor, wenn man alleine hinter einer Glasscheibe steht, (aus der Sicht der Dame) und die Maskenpflicht erst gelockert wurde nur mehr in wichtigen Bereichen (Apotheken, Lebensmittel Arzt usw.). Habe garn nicht gewusst das, der ÖAMTC dazu gehört. Übrigens war vor 2 Wochen in der Stadt Salzburg auch in einer ÖAMTC Filiale da ging es viel lockerer alles über die Bühne mit der Empfangsdame. 5⭐ne für den Mitarbeiter in der Werkstatt. Danke nochmals für die rasche Hilfe. Very unfriendly receptionist, complains as soon as she enters, "Put on a mask", although I was just setting it up. I was sitting behind a glass pane without a mask myself, then 2 employees without a mask came into the sales room to the lady at her table, didn't stop anyone As a customer, you feel kind of stupid when you stand alone behind a pane of glass (from the lady's point of view) and the obligation to wear a mask was only relaxed in important areas (pharmacies, grocers, etc.). I didn't know at all that the ÖAMTC is part of it. By the way, 2 weeks ago there was also an ÖAMTC branch in the city of Salzburg, where everything went much more smoothly with the receptionist. 5⭐ne for the employee in the workshop.
