Meinem Eindruck nach, war dem Standortleiter meine Reklamation dann auch nur lästig und er wollte mich nur abwimmeln. 2 months after the car purchase test, a workshop invoice of over € 1,000 and the new winter tires must also be discarded. No more profile inside. My impression was that my complaint was just a nuisance to the site manager and he just wanted to get rid of me.

Es gibt verschiedene Preise und verschiedene Ausführungen bei der Klimaüberprüfung. 1) ohne Material da werden fehlende Betriebsmittel zugeführt, Klimagas und Gas zur Lecksuche sind NICHT IM BETRAG ENTHALTEN ! 57,80€ 2)INNENRAUMDESIMFEKTION exkl. Material Schimmel, Gerüche etc werden entfernt. 42,80€ 3)Klimaanl.überprüf.exkl. Material, Innenraumdesinfektion excl. Material im Setangebot 88,20€ Das es so viel Möglichkeiten gab war mir NICHT BEWUSST. Ich hatte nur auf der Preisliste gesehen das es die Klimaanlagenüberprüf.um 57,80 gab und sagte dem Mitarbeiter das ich eine Klimaüberprüfung möchte. Das mich das dann im Endeffekt mit Kältemittel und Innenraumfilter auf € 147,00 kam war mir überhaupt nicht klar und auch nicht gewollt. Da ich aber noch einige Shopeinkäufe getätigt hatte wunderte ich mich zwar über die hohe Summe aber erst zu hause mit dem Beleg konnte ich nachvollziehen was da passiert war ! Liebe Autofahrer und Kunden des ÖAMTC ich bin eine seit 1987 treue Kundin vom Öamtc und hatte noch nie Probleme, sonst immer sehr zufrieden gewesen aber dieses mal hätte ein bischen mehr Erklärung des Mitarbeiters und ein bißchen mehr Aufmerksamkeit meinerseits die Enttäuschung über die hohe Rechnung verhindern können! Eine gute Fahrt Euch Allen !?? DEAR DRIVERS AND ÖAMTC MEMBERS Today I not only "made the pickerl" but also had the air conditioning checked, I probably made a mistake , : Watch out. The fact that it ended up costing me €147.00 with refrigerant and cabin filter was not at all clear to me and also not what I wanted. Since I had made some shop purchases, I was surprised at the high sum, but only when I got home with the receipt could I understand what had happened! Dear drivers and customers of the ÖAMTC, I have been a loyal customer of the ÖAMTC since 1987 and have never had any problems, otherwise I have always been very satisfied, but this time a little more explanation from the employee and a little more attention on my part could have prevented the disappointment with the high bill !
