In der Abwicklung total hektisch und mit vielen Fehlern die für eine Überlastung stehen und mir als Kundin geschadet haben! Service is not offered at all, just hectic by phone! Completely hectic in the processing and with many errors that stand for an overload and have harmed me as a customer!

Habe bereits zu Beginn angegeben, dass ich dringend bei einigen Versicherungen umsteigen möchte und habe alle meine Bedürfnisse und Anregungen bekannt gegeben. Der Makler hatte die Kündigungsfristen sehr gut auf dem Schirm und hat mir super Angebote unterbreitet. Meine Bedürfnisse und Anregungen als Kundin wurden beachtet. Mir wurden super Angebote unterbreitet und das Know how der Makler ist auch Top, habe vieles erfahren, was ich noch nicht wusste :) Ebenso wurde mir angeboten, meinen Versicherungsordner zu sortieren/aktualisieren, was ich selbstverständlich in Anspruch genommen habe. Der Service ist laufend und pro aktiv seitens des Maklers, was ich super finde. Für diesen tollen Service bezahle ich gerne einen Beitrag! Besonders engagiert ist Frau Kranzinger Christina/Back Office. Bin sehr zufrieden und kann diese Firma dementsprechend nur weiterempfehlen. Due to a recommendation, I contacted O3 Versicherungsmakler GmbH. Already stated at the beginning that I urgently want to change some insurance companies and have announced all my needs and suggestions. The broker had the notice periods very good on the screen and made great offers. My needs and suggestions as a customer were taken into account. I was given great offers and the broker's know-how is also great, I learned a lot that I didn't know :) I was also offered to sort / update my insurance folder, which of course I used. The service is ongoing and proactive on the part of the broker, which I think is great. I would like to pay a contribution for this great service! Ms. Kranzinger Christina / Back Office is particularly committed. I am very satisfied and can only recommend this company.
