Wir haben uns zuvor viele verschiedene Häuser und Bauweisen angeschaut und hatten auch eine ungefähre Preisvorstellung wie viel es kosten soll. Von dieser Firma liest man nirgendwo einen Preis und es wird einem nicht einmal auf ein ganz normales 4eckiges Haus ein Angebot erstellt, sondern mit der Formel qm x 1500€ nur Rohbau und qm x 2500€ fertig gerechnet. Wer von Ihnen kauft ein Auto ohne zu wissen was es kostet? Auf die Frage wie viel wir glauben das es kosten könnte, hat mein Freund eine Antwort gegeben, worauf der Verkäufer uns gefragt hat ob wir spinnen und hat die Mappe zugeschlagen???!!! Was glaubt er überhaupt wer vor ihm sitzt, so ein Verhalten hat ein Vertreter einer Firma die mir meinen Lebenstraum verkaufen möchte? Abgesehen von dieser Frechheit hat er massiv über die umliegende Konkurrenz gelästert und ständig bei ihnen Fehler gesucht, wem interessiert das? Ich war dort um das OK Haus zu sehen, bzw die Bauweise kennen zu lernen! Überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen, da der Vertreter meines Erachtens komplett fehl am Platz ist. You won't read a price from this company anywhere and you won't even get an offer for a normal four-cornered house, but with the formula square meter x 1500 € only shell construction and square meter x 2500 € finished. Who of you buys a car without knowing what it will cost? When asked how much we think it could cost, my friend gave an answer, whereupon the seller asked us if we were crazy and closed the folder ??? !!! What does he think who is sitting in front of him, a representative of a company that wants to sell me my lifelong dream has such behavior? Apart from this cheek, he has massively blasphemed the surrounding competition and constantly looked for mistakes with them, who cares? I was there to see the OK house, or to get to know the construction! Not to be recommended at all, as the representative is completely out of place in my opinion.

Ich war bereits vorher als Praktikant angestellt und schon damals alleine vom Arbeitsklima sehr begeistert. Zusätzlich wird man von einem sehr professionellen Team umgeben. So konnte ich innerhalb kürzester Zeit zu einem wertvollen Mitglied dieser Firma heranwachsen und bin jedem dankbar, der mich bis hierher unterstützt hat. Der Wille innerhalb des Unternehmens, sich immer weiter zu entwickeln und möglichst ökologisch zu bauen sind nur zwei weitere Gründe, warum ich mir niemals vorstellen könnte, wo anders zu arbeiten. Als junger Angestellter kann ich jedem HTL- oder anderen Absolventen, diese Firma mit voller Überzeugung weiter empfehlen!!! The very best decision to come here after completing the HTL! I had already been employed as an intern and even then I was very enthusiastic about the working atmosphere. In addition, you are surrounded by a very professional team. In this way, I was able to grow into a valuable member of this company within a very short time and I am grateful to everyone who has supported me up to this point. The will within the company to keep developing and building as ecologically as possible are just two other reasons why I could never imagine working anywhere else. As a young employee, I can recommend this company with full conviction to every HTL or other graduate!

Auch nach der perfekten und schnellen Fertigstellung des Hauses besteht immer noch Kontakt zum OK Team. Es wird zb. nachgefragt und kontrolliert ob alles passt…. Der Ablauf und die Organisation waren sensationell. Es werden alle Firmen auch Fremdfirmen vom OK Team koordiniert damit alles reibungslos funktioniert. Würde jederzeit wieder mit Mike, Erich und dem spitzen Team bauen. Lg. Jürgen Before the construction, a top consultation also during the construction period always an open ear for news and plans were changed without complaint…. Even after the house was completed quickly and perfectly, there is still contact with the OK team. It will e.g. asked and checked whether everything fits…. The process and the organization were sensational. All companies, including external companies, are coordinated by the OK team so that everything works smoothly. Nach einiger Suche haben wir mit der Firma OK Haus einen sehr kompetenten und erfahrenen Partner gefunden. Da wir mehr oder weniger Laien im Bereich Hausbau sind/waren haben wir mit der Firma OK-Haus den kompetentesten und im Bereich Holzriegelbau innovativsten Konstrukteur meiner Meinung nach gefunden. Vom ersten zusammen Treffen bis zur Hausübergabe wurden wir von Herrn Fuchsbichler Robert betreut. Egal ob Tag oder Nacht Er war immer für uns da. Unser Haus wurde vor ca. einem Jahr ( Einzug Okt. 2020) errichtet und der Kontakt mit Robert ist immer noch der selbe. Alle 2 Monate kommt ein Anruf ob alles in Ordnung ist oder es Mängel beim Haus gibt. Alles im allem war das die richtige Entscheidung von uns mit dem OK Haus Team dieses Projekt gemeinsam zu machen. Ich bedanke mich noch bei ALLEN Mitarbeitern und wünsche viel Glück und Erfolg für die Zukunft. In 2019 my wife and I decided to build a house. After some search, we found a very competent and experienced partner in OK Haus. Since we are / were more or less laypeople in the field of house construction, in my opinion we have found the most competent and most innovative designer in the field of timber frame construction in OK-Haus. From the first meeting together to the handover of the house, we were looked after by Mr. Fuchsbichler Robert. No matter whether day or night He was always there for us. Our house was built about a year ago (moving in Oct. 2020) and the contact with Robert is still the same. Every 2 months I get a call to check whether everything is OK or there are defects in the house. All in all, it was the right decision for us to do this project together with the OK Haus team. I would like to thank ALL employees and wish good luck and success for the future.
