Das Fleisch war ganz fein marmoriert und hatte eine nicht allzu dicke Fettschicht, für uns genau die optimale Zusammenstellung. Und das beste, er war genau die richtige Zeit in der Sur und war genau die richtige Zeit im Rauch. Also rund herum ein leckeres Vergnügen was wir gerne wiederholen und Jedem nur empfehlen können.
