★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manikurist did a bad polish and send me away without hand cream and nail oil. I was very carefull not to ruin it but I had no chance! Half anhour later nail polish got bubbles!!! Overpriced for bad quality!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst nails i’ve ever had in my life. they ruined my whole nails and did such a bad job. the employees have communication difficulties because they barely speak german or englisch which isn’t a problem for me personally but it does get to a problem when i hear them talking bad about other costumers but they didn’t realize i understood it. bad for them. I even tipped them because i felt sorry for them and their working environment. the studio looks really nice but it’s just a room show to mislead how bad their quality is. oh and took me 3! hours to fill up my nails what?? And the best part: they even put on a false top coat on my nails. great. they panicked but know one wanted to tell me something instead my nails broke in within 3 days completely and they’re totally damaged. oh yes and it’s waaaaay over priced just because it’s a fancy location. sorry i really had high hopes on this one!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was only 3 days after my shellack manicure started peeling. I was in NU Nail salon to make them fix my nails before I fly abroad. The person whom I talked to at the salon was very indifferent and he told that they have no time and I need to go there again in 3.5 hours.
There was no even an apologie for the poor quality service that they gave me. Thank you Sir for this NON-Customer oriented service.
They just focus on making more money with extremely tight schedules. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly I can’t count how many manicures I’ve had in my life but the one I had at nu.nails was perfect and I’m never gonna go anywhere else anymore. My last one was three weeks ago and the shellac stayed perfect until now. There is a huge choice of colours also, so you won’t get bored ? can’t wait for my next appointment this weekend! - will try nail art this time.

I came twice to do my nails, both times great service and shellac nails lasted very well! Already one week and they still are very good.
They did nail art for my friend and it was super cool too!! But it’s a specific nail technician that can do it.
