Das geht los mit den Bezahloptionen: Kreditkarten werden nicht akzeptiert - es sei denn man hat ein Paypal-Konto. Das ist nicht akzeptabel. Wer Paypal Gebühren akzeptiert kann auch direkt Kreditkarten anbieten, das wäre im Sinne des Kunden. Nachdem diese Option nicht vorhanden war, wollte ich per Sofortüberweisung zahlen. Geht auch nicht, weil der Betrag (über 1000 EUR) zu hoch war. Blieb nur noch die Vorauskasse mit entsprechender Wartezeit. Natürlich wurde die Ware nicht - wie auf der Webseite beschrieben "umgehend" nach Zahlungseingang verschickt, sondern erst 4 Tage danach und zwei Tage nach entsprechender Aufforderung. Auch das ist nicht akzeptabel. Und generell - ganz ehrlich: Wenn ich etwas despektierlich ausgedrückt ein Kabel für über 1000 EUR kaufe sehe ich nicht so ganz ein, noch 6 Euro Verpackung zu zahlen plus Porto. Das ist wirklich völlig daneben. Selbstverständlich wurde auch mein Wunsch mir einen Tracking-Link zu schicken ignoriert. Ein freundlicher Ton in den Emails ist das eine - professionelles und kundenfreundliches Handeln etwas anderes. Bitte dringend besser werden. This is not a review about the product, but about the customer friendliness of the company ... there is a lot of room for improvement. It starts with the payment options: Credit cards are not accepted - unless you have a PayPal account. That is not acceptable. Those who accept Paypal fees can also offer credit cards directly, that would be in the interests of the customer. Since this option was not available, I wanted to pay by instant transfer. Also not possible because the amount (over 1000 EUR) was too high. All that remained was the prepayment with a corresponding waiting time. Of course, the goods were not sent "immediately" after receipt of payment, as described on the website, but only 4 days later and two days after the corresponding request. That too is not acceptable. And in general - to be completely honest: If I buy a cable for more than 1000 EUR, to put it in a disrespectful way, I don't quite see the need to pay 6 euros for packaging plus postage. This is really completely wrong. Of course, my request to send me a tracking link was also ignored. A friendly tone in emails is one thing - professional and customer-friendly action is another. Please get better urgently.
