T	Thomas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hätte heute mein motorhaube erhalten sollen , jedoch weigerte sich der Fahrer diese in den Hausflur zu stellen da ich mir mein Fuß stark geprellt habe . Er meinte nur entweder ich komme runter oder er fährt wieder was er auch getan hat . Wollte mich beschweren bei nox in Ried , da hieß es nur man könne nichts tun der Fahrer liefert sie morgen nochmal an ....Danke für nichts ,schwer enteuscht und finde den Service unter aller Sau .... Should have received my bonnet today, but the driver refused to put them in the hallway because I had my foot heavily bruised. He just said either I'm coming down or he's doing what he did. Wanted to complain to me in nox in Ried, because it was said only one could not do anything the driver delivers it tomorrow again .... Thanks for nothing, very disappointed and find the service under all ....
D	Der Beste on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es ist einfach nicht zu fassen! "Overnight express für dringende Lieferungen". Das ich nicht lache (wenn es nicht so zum Weinen wäre). Habe am Freitag einen Sterilisator aus Vorarlberg bestellt, den ich dringend für meine Praxis benötige. Das Ding wurde dort am Freitag abgeholt, damit es Montag Vormittag bei mir ist. Ein Anruf bei Nox wurde das am Freitag auch bestätigt! Doch als niemand bis Montag Nachmittag kam, rief ich bei NOX an. "Im Laufe des Dienstags wird sich der Botenfahrer melden. Leider haben wir darauf keinen Einfluß, denn das macht ein Subunternehmer"! NOX wußte nicht einmal meine Telefonnummer, wo sich der Subunternehmer melden sollte. Das ist einfach nur Betrug für teures Geld! Ich hoffe, daß es diese Firma bald nicht mehr gibt, damit Kunden nicht ihr Geld mit solchen Leistungen verbraten It's just beyond belief! "Overnight express for urgent deliveries". That I don't laugh (if it weren't for crying). I ordered a sterilizer from Vorarlberg on Friday that I urgently need for my practice. The thing was picked up there on Friday so that it can be with me on Monday morning. A call to Nox was also confirmed on Friday! But when nobody came by Monday afternoon, I called NOX. "The delivery driver will be in touch during Tuesday. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this, because a subcontractor will do that"! NOX didn't even know my phone number where the subcontractor should call. This is just plain cheating for dear money! I hope that this company will soon no longer exist, so that customers don't waste their money on such services

Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen! A built-in device was to be picked up, the pick-up time was not adhered to, no feedback when asked when the driver was coming, the driver who finally came did not know his way around, so someone else had to come .... Definitely not recommended!
