Hier wird mitgedacht, hier werden Zeiten eingehalten (und zwar inkl. Puffer), hier wird Service geboten. Aber vor allem wird hier auch mal nein gesagt, wenn die eigenen Wünsche mit der Realität nicht mehr korrelieren. Ich kann mich noch an den 19. erinnern. Schon da ward ihr anders. Und ihr seid es noch! In all honesty, if you want good workmanship on aluminum, plexi or gallery, you can't ignore the boys and women here. Das Bild wurde vor dem Auftrag noch gemeinsam optimiert bevor es fertig gestellt wurde. Innerhalb von vier Tagen war es auch schon fertig abholbereit für einen unschlagbar günstigen Preis! Top! Meine Kollegen und ich haben bereits mehrere Ausstellungen mit Eichtleinwand-Produkten bestückt. Also mit einem Wort: "echt leiwand"! Bin trotzdem - auch nach dem zweiten Versuch vor 2 Jahren - wieder sehr enttäuscht worden: Damals wegen deren Überforderung bei den Farbräumen und schlechter Farbwiedergabe bei den Drucken (deren Drucker druckt - offenbar noch immer - mit einem Gelbstich). Und jetzt, weil man mich - trotz Zusage am Telefon, einen dringenden Auftrag zu übernehmen - 2 Tage später per Mail (!) informiert, dass sie die 22 Bilder doch nicht drucken. Der Auftrag war für mich sehr wichtig; als freischaffende Künstlerin unerwartet im Stich gelassen zu werden, bedeutet Einkommensentgang, verärgerte Kunden und Galeristen. Und das geht gar nicht! Unzuverlässig und unprofessionell. Nie wieder! Cheap yes. Still, even after the second attempt 2 years ago, I was again very disappointed: Back then because of their excessive demands on the color spaces and poor color rendering in the prints (the printer prints - apparently still - with a yellow tinge). And now, because you - despite commitment on the phone, an urgent job to take over - 2 days later by email (!) Informed that they do not print the 22 pictures. The assignment was very important to me; Being abandoned as a freelance artist unexpectedly means loss of income, angry customers and gallery owners. And that does not work! Unreliable and unprofessional. Never again!

Keine 08/15 Druckerei, sondern ein tolles Team, das unsere Erwartungen jedesmal völlig erfüllt! Every order has been carried out to our complete satisfaction so far, some things were technically impossible or would not have brought a good result - the very hard-working lady advised us and tried her best and brought the picture perfectly on canvas. No run-of-the-mill print shop, but a great team that completely meets our expectations every time!

Das worum es geht ist hervorragend: Tolle Qualität, wertige Materialien, schnelle Lieferung, adäquate Preise und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.
