★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann leider keine Empfehlung aussprechen, sobald man etwas Kritisch hinterfrägt oder bzgl. der doch hohen Preise sich Kritisch äussert ist die Freundlichkeit vorbei. Schade denn im Ansatz eigentlich eine gute Firma, nur so wird es zumindest mit uns nichts
Unfortunately, I cannot give a recommendation, as soon as you question something critically or express yourself critically with regard to the high prices, the friendliness is over. It's a shame because it's actually a good company, at least that way it won't work for us

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ leider bin ich aus beruflichen gründen gezwungen mit dem unternehmen zusammen zu arbeiten. ich habe in meinem leben noch nie sowas schlechtes erlebt wie mit dieser firma. supportanfragen werden regelmäßig ignoriert. weder per telefon noch per email wird einem geholfen. wenn die möglichkeit besteht würde ich einen ganz ganz großen bogen um die firma machen.
Unfortunately, I am forced to work with the company for professional reasons. I've never had anything as bad as this with this company in my life. support requests are regularly ignored. Neither by phone nor by email will help you. if the possibility exists, i would give the company a very, very wide berth.
