Hat danach auch noch angerufen und sich nach dem Befinden der Katze erkundigt, die in einer Tierklinik war. Had an emergency with my cat that night. The vet was very nice and committed and tried to help. Then called and asked about the condition of the cat, which was in a veterinary clinic.

Und wenn man als Nottierärztin nachts nicht im Einsatz sein möchte, dann wäre die beste Lösung, nicht erreichbar zu sein. Unsere Wahrnehmung war trotz der furchtbaren „Situation“ zu 100% real. N	N N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte zwar nur telefonischen Kontakt aber die Dame war furchtbar unfreundlich und null einfühlsam. Einfach nur schrecklich. Zum Glück habe ich vorher angerufen. Only had contact by phone but the lady was terribly unfriendly and zero empathetic. Just terrible. Fortunately, I called beforehand.

Dumme Bemerkungen werden gemacht, mir wurde nicht einmal zugehört, GEHT NICHT ZU DIESER FRAU GARNICHT WEITEREMPFEHLEN. Die Frau macht das alles nicht aus liebe zu tiere sondern nur für geld. Just a CHEAP, very rude woman I would advise anyone to go to another doctor. Stupid comments are made, I was not even listened to, DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WOMAN. The woman doesn't do all of this out of love for animals but only for money.
V	Vanessa xx on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren heute mit unserem Hund dort. Dr. Lautner ist sehr kompetent und man merkt dass sie sich gut auskennt. Sie hat sich viel Zeit für uns genommen und ich hatte nicht das Gefühl, dass sie uns abwimmeln will oder alles schnell fertig machen will. Unser Hund durfte sich die ganze Praxis ansehen, hat Leckerlis bekommen, etwas zu kauen und durfte sich nach Lust und Laune frei bewegen. Ich finde das sehr toll und einzigartig! So hat der Hund die Möglichkeit sich an alles zu gewöhnen. Wir werden definitiv wieder zu ihr gehen. We were there today with our dog. Dr. Lautner is very competent and you can tell that she is very knowledgeable. She took a lot of time for us and I didn't have the feeling that she wanted to get rid of us or that she wanted to finish everything quickly. Our dog was allowed to look at the whole practice, got treats, something to chew on and was allowed to move around as he pleased. I think that's very great and unique! So the dog has the opportunity to get used to everything. We will definitely go to her again.

Sie war umgehend und sofort ohne wenn und aber für meine Katzen da. Ich liebe ihre bedingungslose Hingabe zu den Tieren, die einfach komplett im Mittelpunkt stehen. Ja, sie ist direkt, aber ganz ehrlich, wer angeschnauzt wird, wird es verdient haben und sein Tier nicht gut behandeln, denn sonst ist Frau Doktor sehr nett! Bitte weiter so, sie sind großartig!!! Great doctor !!!! I have already called Frau Doktor twice during the night for an emergency. She was there for my cats immediately and without any ifs or buts. I love their unconditional devotion to the animals, which are just completely the focus. Yes, she is direct, but honestly, anyone who is yelled at will deserve it and not treat their animal well, otherwise the doctor is very nice! Please keep it up, they are great !!!

J	J Z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mussten die Dame leider als Nottierärztin für eine Euthansie in der Nacht kennenlernen. Unhöflich, empathielos, sozial inkompetent. Grober Tonfall mit der Tierbesitzerin, unpassende Aussagen (Werbung für die eigene Praxis und Hundeschule machen, nachdem jemand sein Tier verloren hat ist einfach nur pietätlos) und respektloser Umgang mit dem Leichnam. So eine Person hat in einem Beruf, der Empathie und soziale Fähigkeiten voraussetzt, nichts verloren. Unfortunately we had to get to know the lady as an emergency vet for a euthansia during the night. Rude, lacking empathy, socially incompetent. Rough tone of voice with the pet owner, inappropriate statements (advertising for your own practice and dog school after someone has lost their pet is just disrespectful) and disrespectful treatment of the corpse. Such a person has no place in a job that requires empathy and social skills.
