Very, very expensive and slow. If someone has a choice, better seek out other notaries. Dr. Klimscha is the most expensive notary in the Mostviertel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achtung vor diesen Notariat! Ich selber musste über diesen Notar ein Grundstück erwerben vor der Vertragsunterzeichnung hatte ich mich explizit nach Rechten dritter und Löschung alle Dienstbarkeiten erkundigt das mir auch per Mail bestätigt wurde. Jetzt werde ich verklagt auf ein Servitut! Also an alle: aufpassen und nicht leichtgläubig sein von Aussagen diesen Notariats.
Beware of this notary! I myself had to purchase a property through this notary before signing the contract, I had explicitly asked about the rights of third parties and the deletion of all easements, which was also confirmed to me by email. Now I'm being sued for a servitude! So to everyone: be careful and don't be gullible about statements made by this notary.
