Wir waren gestern als Familie ein Foto machen da ich schon das viert in einen bestimmten Zeitabschnitt gemacht haben. Aber diesmal war es so schlimm, dass wir sicher nicht mehr kommen werden. Die Mitarbeitern hat es überhaupt nicht interessiert das wir ein Foto machen wollten und sich auch überhaupt nicht bemüht das wir ein gutes hin bekommen, reget sich sogar eher auf das sich dir Kinder bewegen und noch als guter Letzt pickte sie uns das Foto total schief in den Rahmen. Also wie gesagt wir kommen sicher nicht mehr da gehe ich lieber wo anders hin. Unfortunately, I can only vote what has already been written. We were yesterday as a family take a picture because I have already made the fourth in a certain period of time. But this time it was so bad that we will certainly not come back. The staff did not care at all that we wanted to take a picture and did not even try to get a good deal, even more likely to be moved to the kids and even as a good last pecked us the photo totally wrong in the Frame. So as I said we will certainly not stay there I prefer to go elsewhere.

Wir hatten das Gefühl, sie eher mit unserer Anwesenheit zu nerven als dass sie über Kundschaft froh ist. Das hat uns den Spaß leider ziemlich genommen. Sowas geht gar nicht! Great idea, great result and priced absolutely ok. What we absolutely did not like was the absolutely unmotivated and disinterested employee. We felt we were more annoyed with our presence than that she was happy about clientele. Unfortunately, that pretty much took away our fun. Something does not work!
T	Tamara E. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die unmotivierte Mitarbeiterin welche in den vorigen Kommentaren erwähnt wurde, ist wohl gegen eine super liebe Fotografin ausgetauscht worden - oder hatten wir Glück?? Sie war sehr bemüht, sowohl beim Anschauen der Kleider als auch beim Fotografieren. Sie gab uns Tipps, wie wir uns besser hinstellen und setzen sollten, um lockerer zu wirken. Der Preis ist wirklich gerechtfertigt (bezahlt hatten wir EUR 40 für 2 verschiedene Bilder), da das Ankleiden und auch die Fotosession einiges an Zeit gekostet hat. Einen Stern Abzug gibt's weil: - Die Kleidung ist irgendwie schon sehr abgegriffen (zB Handschuhe) - Das Fotopapier ist nicht bis zum Rand bedruckt (mit der Borte fällt das zum Glück nicht so auf...) - Die Fotos sind NICHT digital verfügbar!! :-( The unmotivated employee mentioned in the previous comments has probably been exchanged for a super dear photographer - or were we lucky? She tried very hard, both looking at the clothes and taking photos. She gave us tips on how we should stand and sit better in order to look more relaxed. The price is really justified (we paid EUR 40 for 2 different pictures), since the dressing and the photo session took a lot of time. There's a star deduction because: - The clothes are somehow worn out (e.g. gloves) - The photo paper is not printed right up to the edge (fortunately this is not so noticeable with the border ...) - The photos are NOT digitally available! :-(
P	P B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin enttäuscht, wollten bevor wir morgens weiter fahren, schnell ein Foto machen. Stehen aber vor der verschlossener Tür. Aussen keine Öffnungszeiten zu sehen. Mussten Online nachsehen, stand ab 10Uhr geöffnet. Um 10:30 immer noch keiner da. Sind ohne Foto nachhause gefahren. I'm disappointed, wanted to take a quick photo before we left in the morning. But standing in front of the locked door. No opening times to be seen outside. Had to look online, was open from 10am. At 10:30 still no one there. Drove home without a photo.

New photographer did not really took time for us, she photoshopped us quite a bit while on our previous ocasion, the lady didn't photoshopped us at all. We look awful and unfortunatelly I would consider visiting again. The difference between the two photographers is just too much....
