Uncomplicated check-in, large and locked complex, nice and helpful staff, cheap, central location, familiar, private and quiet apartments. Grocery store (Spar, Billa) is within 3 min. reachable. The Wörthersee (Pörtschach, Krumpendorf, Klagenfurt) is within 10 minutes. to reach. It is 5 minutes from the A2 motorway. to accommodation.

Nice, clean apartment; nice owners, easy to find; easy to park. To the center of Klagenfurt approx. 13 min by car. Peaceful area. Coffee, tea available.
