Transfern mellan Innsbruck och Val Gardena fungerade helt perfekt. Lätt att beställa på nätet. Kontant betalning i Taxin. Bra info från bolaget med flera mejl inför resan.
The transfer between Innsbruck and Val Gardena worked perfectly. Easy to order online. Cash payment in Taxi. Good info from the company with several emails before the trip.

Ich würde die Dienstleistungen des Unternehmens NICHT empfehlen. Als ich eine Reise buchte, wurde ein Preis von 46 Euro empfohlen. Zwei Tage keine bestätigung. Ich habe das Callcenter mehrmals ohne Erfolg angerufen. Am Ende habe ich eine E-Mail erhalten, in der das Unternehmen den doppelten Preis forderte. Das war einfach lächerlich. Ich habe einfach meine Zeit mit unprofessionellen Leuten verloren.
I would NOT recommend the services of the company. When I booked a trip, a price of 46 euros was recommended. Two days no confirmation. I called the call center several times without success. In the end I received an e-mail in which the company demanded double the price. That was just ridiculous. I just lost my time with unprofessional people.

Contratamos el transfer del aeropuerto al hotel. La categoría era luxury pero el coche no fue un Mercedes sino un Hyundai. El conductor fue muy poco amable y no hablaba inglés, solo nos señaló el precio de malas maneras. No nos gustó el servicio.
We contract the transfer from the airport to the hotel. The category was luxury but the car was not a Mercedes but a Hyundai. The driver was very unfriendly and did not speak English, he only pointed out the price in bad manners. We did not like the service.

I booked a luxury car from Vienna airport to the city center. The driver was nowhere to be found at the airport, had to call to find out where he was. The luxury car was a 15 year old dirty and smelly Mercedes. When attempting to reach out to the company to make this complaint they completely ignored me.

Web site failed to log ski equipment. Taxi driver wouldn't take us initialy to our destinaion, because he hadn't been paid! Car turned up and was not suitable for ski equipment! How do they get a TripAdvisor score on there web site of 5.0 when all Goole reviews show poor service one star!

Very unreliable. We were left stranded at Salzsburg Airport as one taxi from the 3 ordered had broken down. Not their problem according to terms and conditions. Ending up costing us 190 euros and 2 lost hours!!! . Return journey they were an hour late!!! Will not be using again or recommending!! Shocking.

I would strongly discourage anyone from using this company (austria-taxi.at) As other recent reviewers have experienced, they are highly unreliable, and don't take responsibility. In my case, I was left waiting for an hour and 10 minutes at Salzburg Airport. No one contacted me in advance, and I had to call them three times. Each time, they said the driver was nearby, or they just didn't know. When I complained, I was told repeatedly that it was due to circumstances outside of their control. While this may be true, I am shocked that (a) they didn't keep me informed, and (b) that they didn't take some responsibility as the organising party and refund me. It's customer service 101. I was offered a measly 19% discount off my next trip. I refused, and will not trust them with my transfers in the future. There are plenty of companies out there who do care about your business.

Terrible Company, very poor service, left stranded in Salzburg airport. AVOID. I booked and paid up front for 21 people to be transferred and return from Salzburg to Ellmau. Austria Taxi said they would send a bus. On arrival at Salzburg there where two 8 seater minivans waiting for my party. They had sub-contracted a third 8 seater which apparently had "Mechanical problems" After a stressful hour and a quarter the operator at Austria taxi agreed to reimburse my card the amount of 150 Euros so that I could get the rest of my party to resort in a private taxi from Salzburg airport. Needless to say we all arrived late and we could not get fitted for boots and skis until Sunday morning. Also the private taxi actually cost 190 Euros!! I e-mailed the company to complain about the service and asked about reimbursement for the private taxi costs. They replied with this answer. According to our Terms&Conditions: ''While we will strive to match and exceed our Passengers’ expectations in all cases, on certain rare occasions we will be forced to cancel a booked Service. The reasons for this can be technical, e.g. a malfunctioning vehicle impossible to replace in time, or organizational, e.g. miscommunication between us, you and a Partner. Regardless of causes and circumstances, the Company commits to issue the Passenger with a full refund for Services booked but not rendered, unless circumstances detailed elsewhere in these Terms and Conditions render the Passenger ineligible to apply for a refund.'' As a result we are able to refund the aforementioned amount of 136.00€ which is our rate for a Minibus which did not arrive to your transfer. This was obviously unacceptable but I was concerned for the return journey in a weeks time. Therefore I declined their offer and asked for an email confirmation for the pick up on 1/2/2020. at 12:30pm. They confirmed that the vehicles would arrive on schedule. In the event, with 21 tired people all more than a little apprehensive, the first taxi was 10 minutes late.The second taxi was 20 minutes late and the third taxi was 1 hour late!! This caused a lot of stress by the time we arrived back at Salzburg airport. We were running late for check in and security checks. Finally after 18 emails and 2 weeks of correspondence I was only able to get a refund of 136 Euros! I have used this company for the past 5 years and the service has steadily gone downhill over the past 3 years, mainly with late pickups. I will not use them again, I take a group every year and have done so for many years. We have 20 booked for next year already. In conclusion. Poor service, unreliable and not bothered if you are left stranded at the airport. Stay Away.....
