★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Dame sollte jemand mal beibringen, wie man mit Kunden verkehrt. Sehr unhöflich und arrogant. Wenn man mit der Karte zahlen will, dann rollt sie mit den Augen und atmet genervt. Ich verstehe es, dass man Kleinigkeiten nicht mit der Karte zahlen soll und dem Inhaber ein wenig entgegen kommt, jedoch nicht wenn man bei jedem Besuch mindestens eine Stange Zigaretten kauft.
Dann sollen sie doch gleich die Bankomatzahlung abschaffen und nicht jedes Mal eine Szene machen.
 The lady should teach somebody how to treat customers. Very rude and arrogant. If you want to pay with the card, then she rolls her eyes and breathes annoyed. I understand that one should not pay for small things with the card and the owner a little comes, but not if you buy at least one bar of cigarettes with each visit.
Then they should immediately abolish the banknote payment and not make a scene every time.
