Unfriendly until it is no longer possible. Underhanded personnel. Insulting my wife once again. People of non-Austrian origin are treated in a racist manner

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal sehr langsam an der Kasse und reden zu viel. Die Kundin vor mir wollte zahlen und fragte über andere Produkte. Statt das die andere Mitarbeiterin hilft hat die Kassiererin der Kundschaft alles erklärt und meinte auch sie soll sich das in Ruhe überlegen etc.... Dann kann man wohl den nächsten wie ich mal kassieren. Stand ewig um zu warten das ich zahlen kann. Hab gewartet weil ich was dringend brauchte. Aber da besteht bedarf.
Staff very slow at the till and talk too much. The customer in front of me wanted to pay and asked about other products. Instead of the other employee helping, the cashier explained everything to the clientele and said that she should think about it calmly etc. ... Then you can probably cash in the next one like me. Standing forever waiting for me to pay. Waited because I needed something bad. But there is a need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Erfahrungen NKD Sterneckstrasse sind sehr gut. Freundlich und vor allem sehr hilfsbereit agierten die Verkäuferinnen bis jetzt. Als ich kurz vor Ladenschluss im Stau stand , rief ich an und .. es schien un-glaublich - die Verkäuferin suchte die gewünschten Artikel zusammen und so ging dann alles flott, als ich endlich 1 Minute vorm Zusperren ankam. Das ist echt so lobenswert und ich kaufe gerne dort ein!
My experiences at NKD Sterneckstrasse are very good. So far, the shop assistants have been friendly and, above all, very helpful. When I was stuck in a traffic jam shortly before closing time, I called and .. it seemed unbelievable - the saleswoman looked for the desired items and everything went smoothly when I finally arrived 1 minute before the closure. That is really so commendable and I like to shop there!
