A	Ayse Celik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gebe nur 1 stern weil ich immer günstige teile finde sonst ist die filiale nicht schön, die mitarbeiter grüssen nicht,, sind unfreundlich wollte etwas reklamieren die Dame dort war unfreundliche weil ich kein Rechnung habe sie wollte es nicht tauschen dann meinte sie ich soll morgen nachmittags kommen und das Ausnahmeweise gemeint und das best sie redet mit mir nicht ins Gesicht sondern sie war gedreht am rücken hat etwas gemacht dann denke ich mir wo bin ich gelandet. Give only 1 star because I always find cheap parts otherwise the branch is not beautiful, the employees do not greet, are unfriendly wanted to complain about the lady there was unfriendly because I have no bill she did not want to swap then she said I should tomorrow afternoon come and the exceptional way meant and the best she does not talk to me in the face but she was turned on the back did something then I think where did I land.

I love NKD, this branch is super nice, clean and sooooo nice shop assistants !!! I can only recommend shopping there, if only because there is no crowd.

C	Carmen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NKD ist prinzipiell gut, preiswerte schöne Kleidung, jedoch gibt es in dieser Filiale sehr, sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiter, besonders die schlanke mit kurzen grauen Haaren grüßt nicht einmal zurück, wenn man zuerst grüßt. Natürlich kann man einen schlechten Tag haben aber die hat nur schlechte Tage. War dort schon öfters, weil es ums Eck ist und habe schon mehrfach Situationen miterlebt wo sie die Kunden sehr, sehr unfreundlich behandelt hat. Echt nicht Kundenorientiert!!! NKD is good in principle, inexpensive beautiful clothes, but there are very, very unfriendly employees in this branch, especially the slim with short gray hair does not even greet you when you greet first. Of course you can have a bad day but it only has bad days. Was there often, because it is around the corner and have seen several situations where she has treated the customers very, very rude. Frag mich wie es für die Dame wäre wenn sie Lebensmittel einkaufen geht und die Mitarbeiter dort kassaschluss schon vor Ende der öffnungszeiten machen. Unfriendly employee.
