G	Ghost Raider on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online bestellt und in der Filiale abgeholt. Beim Umtausch gab es nur Probleme! Ersten wollen sie einem das Geld nicht wieder geben sondern nur Gutschrift. Habe dann Kundenservice angerufe um mich zu beschweren. Kundenservice sagt zurück zur Filiale sie müssen das Geld zurück geben. In der Filiale Perg dann lange Wartezeit weil alles andere wichtigere war ( aussitzten ) fragen ob noch andrer Wege zu erledigen sind. Dann doch irgendwann mal angerufen und nach einer dreiviertel Stunde endlich Geld zurück bekommen. Absolut kein guter Service. Ob ich nochmal etwas kaufe dort ist fraglich. Weil wo anders gibt es keine Probleme beim Umtausch. Ware zurück Geld zurück. Ordered online and picked up at the store. When exchanging there were only problems! First they do not want to give you the money again but only credit. Then call customer service to complain to me. Customer service says back to the store they have to give the money back. In the branch Perg then long wait because everything else was more important (aussitzten) ask if there are other ways to do. Then sometime called and after three quarters of an hour finally get money back. Absolutely no good service. If I buy something again there is questionable. Because where else are there no problems with the exchange. Goods back money back.
