Wochen in Vorarlberg auf Urlaub war rief mich meine Tochter an, dass das Display der Heizanlage einen Fehler anzeigt und auch bereits das Warmwasser im Speicher kalt ist. Um ca. 8.15 Uhr rief ich Herrn Nitzky aus dem Urlaub an und teilte ihm die Situation mit. Um 9.00 Uhr war der Techniker bei mir im Haus und um 10.00 war die defekte Pumpe, die die Ursache war, auf Garantie getauscht und die Heizung funktionierte wieder (Obwohl in der Firma gerade ziemlich viel los gewesen sein dürfte, wie ich beim Telefonat mitbekam). So stelle ich mir Service vor! Ich kann die Firma nur bestens empfehlen! About 1 1/2 years ago I had a new heater installed by Nitzky. When I was on vacation in Vorarlberg about two weeks ago, my daughter called me that the display of the heating system was showing an error and that the hot water in the storage tank was already cold. At around 8:15 am I called Mr Nitzky from vacation and told him about the situation. At 9 a.m. the technician was in my house and at 10 a.m. the defective pump, which was the cause, was replaced under guarantee and the heating was working again (although there was probably a lot going on in the company, as I heard on the phone) . This is how I imagine service! I can only highly recommend the company!

Aussergewöhnlich kompetent und gründlich gearbeitet. Sehr gut eingespieltes Team. Jeder Handgriff sitzt und geht rasch und routiniert vonstatten. Auch die unvorhergesehenen Zusatzarbeiten gleich auf meine Anfrage mit gemacht. Pfleglich mit all meinen Sachen umgegangen, kaum Schmutz gemacht, und nachher alles gründlich gereinigt. Besser kann es gar nicht gehen. Absolut empfehlenswert! Alle Erwartungen bei Weitem übertroffen! Helpful and competent even on the phone. Installers arrived on time. Both very friendly and nice. Exceptionally competent and thorough work. Very well-coordinated team. Every move sits and takes place quickly and routinely. I also did the unforeseen additional work at my request. I handled all my things with care, made hardly any dirt, and cleaned everything thoroughly afterwards. It couldn't be better. Highly Recommended! Far exceeded all expectations!
