Für eine kleine Änderung hat sie sich sogar am Sonntag Zeit genommen und nun ist mein Kleid einfach perfekt? I am very satisfied with Ms. Kainz's work. I felt at home right from the first meeting. She even took the time to make a little change on Sunday and now my dress is just perfect?
J	Julia Anna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mit der Leistung bin ich mittelmäßig zufrieden. Das Kleid an sich ist in Ordnung, obwohl es ein wenig zu eng gemacht wurde. Dennoch konnte ich leider garnicht glücklich aus dem Atelier gehen: -Leider wurde mein Brautkleid scheinbar ungebügelt zur Abholung freigegeben (mir wurde gesagt, dass es gebügelt wurde, jedoch sind sehr viele tiefe Falten vorne wo das Kleid fällt.) Mir wurde nicht einmal angeboten es „nochmal“ zu bügeln, obwohl ich auf die Falten aufmerksam gemacht habe! Es wurde einfach hingenommen. -Mir wurde gesagt, dass die Änderung maximal 10 Stunden à 48€ kosten wird. Der Tüll für den Schleier käme dann nur noch dazu. Dass dieser 200 (!!!!)€ kostet (nur der Stoff!) wurde NIE gesagt, nicht einmal angedeutet. Dass noch ca. 50% vom Gesamtpreis dazukommen - ich bin immer noch fassungslos. Man sagte mir beim Termin, man wisse nicht, wie viel der Stoff kostet. Ich fühle mich deswegen leider sehr hintergangen und kann kein positives Feedback geben. All diese Aspekte habe ich bei der Abholung gesagt und sie wurden nicht aufgegriffen- es sei einfach so- kein Entgegenkommen, nichts... schade. I'm moderately satisfied with the performance. The dress itself is fine, although it was made a little too tight. Nevertheless, I was unfortunately not able to leave the studio happily: -Unfortunately, my wedding dress was released for pickup apparently without ironing (I was told that it was ironed, but there are a lot of deep folds at the front where the dress falls.) I was not even offered to iron it again, even though I was on the folds have drawn attention! It was simply accepted. - I was told that the change will cost a maximum of 10 hours at € 48 each. The tulle for the veil would only be added. That this costs 200 (!!!!) € (only the material!) Was NEVER said, not even hinted at. That about 50% of the total price will be added - I am still stunned. At the appointment, I was told that they didn't know how much the material would cost. Unfortunately, I therefore feel very betrayed and cannot give positive feedback. I said all these aspects during the pick-up and they were not taken up - it was just so - no accommodation, nothing ... too bad.

Sie hat mich wunderbar beraten (u.a. bei der Stoffauswahl), außerdem hat sie tolle Verbesserungsvorschläge gemacht und so spricht das Ergebnis für sich!!! Schaut toll aus, sitzt wie angegossen und ist hochwertig hergestellt. Ich kann sie aus vollem Herzen empfehlen: Kompetent, suuuper freundlich & einfach eine tolle Designerin!! Top!!! I was looking for someone to duplicate my favorite dress and I am sooo happy that I turned to Nina. She gave me wonderful advice (including the choice of fabric), she also made great suggestions for improvement and so the result speaks for itself! Looks great, fits like a glove and is of high quality. I can wholeheartedly recommend her: Competent, super friendly & just a great designer!

Ich habe meine Sport/Winter/Expeditionsausrüstung reparieren und ändern lassen, da bin ich sehr kritisch! Frau Kainz hat ein Merinoshirt so repariert, dass es wie neu aussieht. Bei einer Jacke wurden spezielle Änderungen vorgenommen, super Arbeit, und auch die Wahl der Farben und Nähte sind Top. Sie ist wie besprochen genau auf meine Wünsche eingegangen und hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen! Die nächste Primaloft Jacke zur Änderung habe ich bereits dort hingebracht! Danke! Excellent work, friendly, and on time! I had my sport/winter/expedition equipment repaired and changed, I am very critical! Ms. Kainz repaired a merino shirt so that it looks like new. Special changes were made to one jacket, great work, and the choice of colors and seams are top notch. As discussed, she responded exactly to my wishes and exceeded my expectations! I've already brought the next Primaloft jacket to change there! Thanks!
