★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Firma Niherdus hat für mich eine Kernsanierung einer Altbauwohnung in Wien gemacht. Herr Niherdus ist ein Top-Partner für jeden Bauherren. Nach vielen Erfahrungen über 10 Jahre war ich dankbar das ein 4-monatiges Projekt - mit allen Stückerln - durch pragmatische Lösungen und ohne Reibereien (!) abgeschlossen wurde. Die Professionalität, Zuverlässigkeit in schwierigen Umständen und Kostentransparenz haben mich voll überzeugt.  The Niherdus company carried out a major renovation of an old apartment in Vienna for me. Mr. Niherdus is a top partner for every builder.
