Nachtrag: Natürlich hat man mir eine automatische Antwort übermittelt, ich solle mich doch einfach melden. Vergessen wird das es der NÖ Versicherung ziemlich egal ist ob sich jemand beschwert. Das interesse des Unternehmens an einer Lösung ist ungefähr so glaubwürdig wie die Local Guide Rezessionen von dessen Leuten, die aus Deutschland eine Positive Bewertung übermitteln. Sehr sehr traurige Firma.

Addendum: Of course they sent me an automatic answer, so I should just get in touch. It is forgotten that the Lower Austrian insurance company doesn't really care if someone complains. The company's interest in a solution is about as credible as the Local Guide recessions from its people, who submit a positive rating from Germany. Very very sad company.
