★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kein Storno möglich. Keine Kulanz. Rechtlich sehr fraglich wenn Tickets nur von einem abgeholt werden kann, wird von einem Juristen geprüft. Auf jedenfall nicht empfehlenswert.
No cancellation possible. No goodwill. Legally very questionable if tickets can only be picked up by a lawyer. Definitely not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haben über den Anbieter ein Event auf Zrce gebucht. Leider vor Ort festgestellt das die Unterkunft eine Baustelle ist. Nach langen hin und her telefonieren wurde uns versprochen das wir des Geld für die Unterkunft retour bekommen. Nach über 2 Monaten wurde uns gesagt das eine Rückerstattung des gesamten Betrags nicht möglich wäre.
Have booked an event on Zrce through the provider. Unfortunately found on site that the property is a construction site. After long calls back and forth, we were promised that we would get the money back for the accommodation. After more than 2 months we were told that a full refund would not be possible.
