★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neurofeedback surprised me with its efficiency. Already after the first session my sleep deepened, mind became clearer and after the 7th I could sleep through the night after a long time. Due to pain in my body, my sleep has been interrupted for a long time. It has a very grounding effect on me. I really recommend you this approach when your nervous system has had an overload due to pain management, stress and trauma, insomnia or when you want to enhance your performance (at work, in sports) and ability to concentrate. Matthias is a wonderful therapist and I can't wait to travel back to Vienna for more sessions.
