Die Kapelle war im Besitz der Familie Neumayer , die Familie hatte im Jahr 1982 die Kapelle renovieren lassen.
Der Besitz wurde an die Gemeinde abgetreten. Im Jahr 2013 wurde die Kapelle Generalsaniert und der Bereich um die Kapelle neu gestaltet. Diese Arbeiten wurden von den Verschönerungsverein Atzelsdorf durchgeführt.
Im Innenraum befindet sich eine Statue der Maria, darüber ein Holzkreuz.

The date of construction of the chapel is unknown.
The chapel was owned by the Neumayer family and the family had the chapel renovated in 1982.
The property was ceded to the community. In 2013, the chapel was completely renovated and the area around the chapel redesigned. This work was carried out by the Beautification Association Atzelsdorf.
Inside there is a statue of Mary, above it a wooden cross.
