Sie haben mich mit einer defekten Benzinltg., welche bei Kompetenz gefunden hätte werden können! Dafür haben sie mir eine unaufgeforderte Unterbodenreinigung für knapp 150€ berechnet! Aber das sie mich mit der defekten Benzinltg. weitergeschickt haben, ist wahrlich fahrlässig. Was hätte da alles passieren können!! Übrigens, den Einwand wir hätten sie unter Zeitdruck gestellt, lass ich nicht gelten, da wir mit Wohnwagen in den Urlaub unterwegs waren. Sie waren einfach in diesem Moment inkompetent und raffgierig. Made bad experiences. Didn't solve the problem and sent me on with it. You have me with a defective gasoline line, which could have been found at Kompetenz! They have charged me for an unsolicited underbody cleaning for just under 150 €! But that they me with the defective gasoline cable. have forwarded is truly negligent. What could have happened there !! P	Philip Obrigewitsch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Autopanne und trotz vollem Kalender wurde uns geholfen. Auch ein Leihwagen wurde uns ermöglicht, obwohl eigentlich alle verliehen waren. Das war großartig! Leider ist das Auto nach dem - nicht ganz billigen - Austausch des Partikelfilters schon nach ein paar hundert Kilometern wieder liegen geblieben. (Motorschongang wegen Fehler an Sensoren). Car breakdown and despite full calendar we were helped. A rental car was also made possible, although actually all were awarded. That was great! Unfortunately, the car is after the - not cheap - replacement of the particulate filter after a few hundred kilometers lie again. (Engine failure due to sensor failure).

Die Freundlichkeit, Kompetenz und Lösungsorientiertheit dieses Unternehmens haben mich sofort überzeugt. Vor der Übergabe des Fahrzeugs war der Chefmechaniker sehr bemüht mir den Schaden und die durchgeführten Reparaturen zu erklären. Geschätzte Kosten und Timing wurden eingehalten. Sehr empfehlenswert! In the middle of my vacation my vehicle had to be towed to this workshop. The friendliness, competence and solution orientation of this company immediately convinced me. Before the vehicle was handed over, the chief mechanic tried very hard to explain the damage and the repairs carried out to me. Estimated cost and timing were met. Highly recommended!
W	Wladimir Krause on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verbrecher! Abgezockt auf der Durchreise! Am Telefon war die Aussage von Meister das alles nach Plan läuft und das Teil schon ausgebaut ist. Und beim abholen Kammern dann 300 € auf den Kostenvoranschlag drauf weil angeblich die eine GROSSE Schraube an der Riemenscheibe fest war (Aussage von Chef) hatte aber keine Ahnung das die Riemenscheibe mit 4 KLEINEN Schrauben befestigt war!!!! Criminal! Ripped off in transit! On the phone was the statement from master that everything is going according to plan and the part has already been removed. And when you pick up the chambers then add 300 € to the cost estimate because supposedly the one BIG screw on the pulley was fixed (statement from the boss) but had no idea that the pulley was fastened with 4 SMALL screws !!!!

We arrived here after closing hours and got help from the very nice owner. We received electricity for our caravan so we can spend the night here. With 6 kids this was not what you want 1400km from home. But the view here is amazing. Tomorrow we will see what happens. :)

I	Ivan Matic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A stone hit the windscreen on my jeep and made a 2 cm crack on it. Helpful staff of Neubauer politly received me and repaired my windscreen in 45 minutes time. The repair cost 120€ and was done perfectly. I would recommend this service to everyone.
