Neu Touristik

Ich fahre schon des öfteren mit diesem Busunternehmen. Meine Schüler, meine Kollegen und ich sind sehr, sehr zufrieden. Alle Busfahrer sind extrem zuverlässig, pünktlich, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Habe dies kaum bei anderen Busunternehmer erlebt. Auch die Kontaktaufnahme und die Rückmeldung des Angebotes könnte nicht schneller erfolgen. Das Entgegenkommen und die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist einzigartig! Für mich gibt es nur ein Busunternehmen, nämlich "neu-touristik".

Die freundliche und unkomplizierte Art der Kundenbetreuung, der qualitätvolle Fuhrpark und die Flexibilität - besonders in Zeiten der Pandemie (Bestimmungen für Gruppenreisen ändern sich ständig und in unvorhersehbarer Weise), sind für mich unübertroffen. Das Preis - Leistung Verhältnis passt sehr gut. In den letzten 20 Jahren habe ich oft Gruppenreisen organisiert. Leider bin ich erst in den letzten Jahren auf NEU Touristik gestoßen. Ich bin mit dem Unternehmen absolut zufrieden. Schade, dass Pandemiebedingt viele Reisen für Schulen nicht stattfinden konnten. Wenn es wieder mehr Möglichkeiten dafür gibt, ist die Firma Neu Touristik für mich die erste Wahl. Danke ?.

Wir wurden vom Flughafen Salzburg im November 21 pünktlich abgeholt. Die Reise ging nach Porec. Die kompletten 4 Tage waren top organisiert. Man fühlte sich richtig wohl und ab der ersten Minute im Urlaub angekommen. Unser Chauffeur Markus Neu schaute allen Wünsche seiner Gäste gerecht zu werden. (Temperatur im Bus, Getränke im Bus, regelmäßige Pausen, zwischendurch immer kurze Erklärungen wo wir gerade sind....) Er war auch währen den 4 Tagen immer präsent. So etwas zeichnet ein gut geführtes Familienunternehmen aus. Weiter so!

Extremely disappointing, I booked a shuttle transfer from Salzburg airport to Flachau but they did not show up. They communicated a emergency telephone number in the reservation confirmation email but nobody picked up the phone. In the end we needed to book a regular expensive taxi. Don't use this company!

Utterly disgusting service. Waited outside our apartment for the taxi to pick us up to catch our flight home, after hearing nothing from them we contacted the main office to see why the taxi was running late, assuming it was delayed at a previous pickup. After 15 minutes and a call back we were told that the taxi has been waiting at the apartment for 20 minutes and had called is multiple times, news to us as no calls had been received and no car had been down our road in the 50 minutes we'd now been waiting for the this taxi. One positive as that a replacement taxi was arranged very quickly and arrived in short order without any problems finding the apartment. However we were told that we would have to pay another €100 for this taxi. I felt like we were being blackmailed as we needed this taxi to catch our flight. The staff I spoke to were unapologetic and would not acknowledge any fault on their part, despite the fact the taxi had clearly gone to the wrong address, even though the address had been emailed to the company previously, and no calls had been received, which we have the, well lack of, logs to prove. When I eventually tried to ask to speak to the manager I was initially refused and then hung up on. When I rang back I was put on hold indefinitely. Eventually I got through when I disguised my number, at which point, much to my amusement, the lady I had been talking to pretended not to speak English. After reminding her she could in fact speak perfectly good English, I was promised a call back by the manager who was seemingly very busy. It has been a week and I am still waiting for that promised call. Year later edit: Never heard anything from them, still makes my blood boil to this day thinking about how we were treated.

Very friendly staff. Great service by email, on the phone and in the car. Very helpfull. Price quality was excellent! If I would go to Flachau again, I would certainly return and can recommend. 5 star! Great start of the holiday!
