Mir wurde gesagt, in dem Shop 1180 Wien werden Gebühren verlangt, nicht jedoch in der Millenium City oder in der Lugner City. Daher bin ich heute in die Lugner City gefahren um dort zu erfahren, dass dies eine LÜGE war, da überall Gebühren anfallen. Es ist schon bekannt, dass der Shop in der Währinger Strasse die Kunden woanders hinschickt, wenn zu wenig Geld im Spiel ist. Das ist sehr schwach! I was in the shop yesterday to have a mini-SIM card and number registration carried out. I was told that fees will be charged in Shop 1180 Vienna, but not in Millennium City or Lugner City. Therefore I drove to Lugner City today to find out that this was a LIE because fees are charged everywhere. It is already known that the shop in Währinger Strasse sends customers somewhere else if there is not enough money involved. It is very weak!

Dort wurde ich von einem sehr freundlichen und kompetenten Mitarbeiter beraten. Auf die Bitte, mir ein bestimmtes Handy, welches nicht ausgestellt war, ansehen zu können, sprang der unfreundliche Chef ein und meinte, der Mitarbeiter dürfe mir das Handy (obwohl lagernd) nicht zeigen, denn ich könne mir das ausgestellte Vor-Vorgängermodell (!) sowie eine größere Variante doch eh ansehen... Bei mehreren hundert Euro für ein Handy (2x iPhone 6 oder Sony Xperia X3 Compact) möchte ich nicht die Katze im Sack kaufen und werde daher wo anders zuschlagen und diesen Shop zukünftig meiden.
