★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier berät der Chef noch persönlich. Nimmt sich vor allem Zeit und geht auf Vorstellungen und Wünsche ein um für den jeweiligem Fall das optimale Grillgerät vorzuschlagen. Die Grillsaion hat begonnen und wir sind mit dem Napoleon 100% zufrieden.
 Here the boss still advises personally. Above all, he takes his time and responds to ideas and wishes in order to suggest the optimal grill device for the respective case. The barbecue season has started and we are 100% satisfied with the Napoleon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wurde vom Chef persönlich betreut. War wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat mir sogar extra einen Pelletsofen der noch nicht ausgestellt war ausgepackt, gezeigt, erklärt und genau dieser wurde es. 2 Tage später geliefert, aufgestellt und in Betrieb genommen...
Kann ich wirklich nur weiterempfehlen. Super Service, einfach Top ?
Was personally looked after by the boss. Was really very friendly and helpful. He even unpacked, showed and explained to me a pellet stove that was not yet on display, and that was exactly what it was. Delivered, installed and commissioned 2 days later ...
I can really recommend it. Super service, simply top ?
