Wen man Beratung oder Infos benötigt ist freundliches und kompetentes Personal vorhanden, was man selten findet. Horticultural business at a high quality level. The outdoor area is clearly arranged where you can find plants, shrubs and trees of very good quality. Schade um die Anreise von über einer halben Stunde. When visiting the Advent exhibition "Christmas like back then" there was unfortunately no mood at all. What was exhibited also had nothing to do with the motto. Unfortunately. It's a shame about the journey of over half an hour.

Nach dem Gespräch im Geschäft das 45 Minuten dauerte,wurde mir gesagt 50€wären für den Kostenvoranschlag zu zahlen(hat mir weder bei der Terminvereinbarung noch VOR dem "Beratungsgespräch wo eine Liste abgearbeitet wurde was ich alles benötige)kein Mensch gesagt die Anzahlung wird dann wenn man sich dafür entscheidet abgerechnet,was ich OK finde,jedoch nicht Ok finde ich nichts zu sagen das zu kassieren und bei einem Telefongespräch zuzugeben es nicht erwähnt zu haben,bekam dann "netterweise"einen 50 € Gutschein und kein Geld zurück! Im Endeffekt wird dann trotzdem profitiert mit dem Gutschein seitens dem Geschäft! Meiner Meinung ist das nicht in Ordnung! Just wanted an information meeting (no ESTIMATE) for flowers for a wedding (little things, hair accessories, pins) made an appointment. After the conversation in the shop, which lasted 45 minutes, I was told 50 € would have to be paid for the cost estimate (did not tell me either when making an appointment or BEFORE the "consultation where a list was processed of what I need everything). Nobody said the deposit would then be if you decide to be billed, which I find OK, but not OK, I don't find anything to say, to collect it and to admit to not having mentioned it during a phone call, then "kindly" got a 50 € voucher and no money back! In the end, the business will still benefit from the voucher! In my opinion, that's not okay!
