Nach 10 Tagen probierte ich es telefonisch, da wurde mir gesagt, dass sich ein Servicemann bei uns melden wird. Jetzt nach weiteren 6 Tagen warte ich noch immer auf den Servicemann. 16 days ago I sent the company an email because we had a problem with a garden tool that we had bought there. After 10 days I tried it by phone and was told that a service man would contact us. Now after another 6 days I am still waiting for the service man.
