 Wonderful location, wonderful breakfast buffet and salad buffet before delicious main course and tempting dessert. A place to feel good.

Umgang und Kommunikation mit dem Gast, teilweise gewöhnungsbedürftig. Sehr professionell abgespulte Dienstleistungen mit mehr Luft nach oben im Bezug auf Gastfreundschaft.
Room, food, very good. Equipment of the dining rooms and wellness area was very good. Environment and location great.
Dealing with and communicating with the guest, sometimes takes getting used to. Very professional services with more room for improvement in terms of hospitality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schöne Lage über dem Millstädter See. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Leider hatte ich ein altes, renovierungsbedürftiges Zimmer. Das Abendessen ist qualitativ sehr unterschiedlich. Es gibt keine Bar, nach dem Abendessen gibt es keine Möglichkeit des Aufenthaltes im Hotel. Ich würde das Hotel nicht mehr buchen.
Nice location above the Millstädter See. Very good breakfast. Unfortunately I had an old room in need of renovation. The quality of the dinner is very different. There is no bar, after dinner there is no possibility of staying in the hotel. I would not book the hotel anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traumhafte Lage mit grandiosem Blick auf den Millstätter See. Sehr freundliches Personal, tolle vom Hotel organisierte Wanderungen, Klasse Frühstücksbuffet und sehr gutes Abendessen. Die Zirbenzimmer sind sehr groß und modern eingerichtet. Sehr schöne Saunalandschaft.
Fantastic location with a magnificent view of Lake Millstatt. Very friendly staff, great hikes organized by the hotel, great breakfast buffet and very good dinner. The stone pine rooms are very large and modernly furnished. Very nice sauna area.

Great experience in this beautiful hotel surrounded by nature. Beautiful panoramic terrace where you can dine and have breakfast in a more than relaxing atmosphere. It was a pleasure to spend a few days in this magnificent place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luxurious hotel, perhaps too luxurious and not suitable for a couple of travelers looking for a hotel for bed and breakfast only. No Wi-Fi, no kettle for coffee or fridge. Very good breakfast!!! but only starts at 8am for your attention!
