Profit steht im Vordergrund und man verrechnet dem Kunden einfach mal 20% mehr und schiebt die Schuld von sich. Schade eigentlich... Great tour with great guides, but unfortunately the managing director doesn't fit into the picture here. Customer satisfaction is probably a foreign word for him. Profit is in the foreground and you simply charge the customer 20% more and push the blame aside. It's a shame actually ...

JEDOCH: War der Geschäftsführer sehr unprofessionell, bei der Bezahlung wurden wir als Gruppe mehr oder minder ,,verarscht" da wir für zwei Personen bezahlen mussten die nicht an der Tour mitgemacht haben. Schade, dass der Ausflug der TOP angefangen hat, bei der Bezahlung zum FLOP wurde. Kann das Unternehmen daher NICHT weiterempfehlen!! We had a great tour with great guides! HOWEVER: The manager was very unprofessional, when we paid we as a group were more or less "ripped off" because we had to pay for two people who did not take part in the tour. It's a shame that the TOP excursion started with the payment became a FLOP, so I CANNOT recommend the company to anyone!
