W	Walther Gatterbauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Nationalpark-Kino Illmitz ist ein Stück "gute alte Zeit" - eine wohltuende Alternative zu den seelenlosen riesigen Kinozentren wie Cineplexx & Co: Hier gibt es noch die "gute Seele des Hauses": Frau Traude kümmert sich persönlich und stets freundlich um ihre Besucher. Die Kinosäle haben eine angenehme Größe und sind teilweise mit Tischchen ausgestattet, auf denen man sein Getränk abstellen kann, das seviert wird. Und natürlich gibt es auch alles, was zu einem Kinobesuch einfach dazugehört wie z.B. frisches Popcorn, Sportgummi, Rum Kokos und vieles mehr. Selbstverständlich werden immer die neuesten Filme geboten. Schön, dass es noch ein Stück alter Kino-Kultur gibt: wir nehmen dafür auch eine weite Anreise in Kauf - und es zahlt sich aus! :-) Walther Gatterbauer The National Park Cinema Illmitz is a piece of "good old days" - a beneficial alternative to the soulless huge cinema centers like Cineplexx & Co: There is still the "good soul of the house": Ms. Traude takes care of her visitors personally and always in a friendly manner. The cinemas are of a good size and are partly equipped with tables on which you can place your drink, which is served. And of course there is everything that belongs to a cinema visit, such as fresh popcorn, sports rubber, rum coconut and much more. Of course, the latest films are always offered. It's nice that there is still a piece of old cinema culture: we also accept a long journey - and it pays off! :-) Walther Gatterbauer
M	Marcel Brummer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nettes kleines Kino mit 3 Säle und sogar Getränke die im Kino Ticket inkludiert sind. Neueste Filme werden auch gezeigt. Kann es nur Weiterempfehlen. Nice little cinema with 3 halls and even drinks that are included in the cinema ticket. The latest films are also shown. I can only recommend it.
K	Kunde on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Immer wieder eine Freude bei Traude zu sein. Man fühlt sich dort immer wohl. Manche Verzögerung mit den Filmen nimmt man in Kauf, und zwar wirklich gern. Wir sind froh dass es das Kino und Traude immer noch gibt, wir schätzen es sehr.. so eine Atmosphäre und Kino gibt's heute in Österreich nur mehr selten bis gar nicht mehr. Always a pleasure to be with Traude. You always feel comfortable there. Some delays with the films are accepted, and really gladly. We are glad that the cinema and Traude still exist, we appreciate it very much .. Such an atmosphere and cinema is rarely or not at all in Austria today.

Owned by an elderly lady & her husband, purchasing a ticket can take a while (being close to 80 years old she struggled with the booking system) - but that's ok. Since almost all customers on that evening were locals everybody knew her, nobody cared that the movie started way later than advertised. Only complaint on my behalf: the tickets were pretty expensive & the popcorn had way to much salt. Before the movie stated the patron greeted all movie goers & her husband took order for drinks & food - it's been ages since I've seen something like this! The cinema is not completely up to nowadays standards but makes up for it in charm. Definitely go there if you have the chance!
