Support sieht anders aus, das war unverschämt und frech, sorry nicht nochmal auf diese Art. The grumpy lady from the switchboard should do the same, please. I buy somewhere else, ok too. Support looks different, that was outrageous and cheeky, sorry not again in this way.

Eine Kommunikation mit dem Kunden findet nicht statt, Bestellungen werden einfach gelöscht, ohne dass man eine Mitteilung bekommt, sodass Artikel in der Veröffentlichungzeit natürlich vergriffen sind, Vorbestellungen sind somit hinfällig. Auf Emails wird nicht geantwortet, ruft man direkt an, wird man auf die Emailadresse vertröstet, wobei auf Emails ja nicht geantwortet wird. Wirklich nicht weiterzuempfehlen. Sofern eine Band irgendwoanders ihre Produkte anbietet, KAUFT sie dort, KEINESFALLS BEI NAPALM! Hier werdet ihr nur enttäuscht. An absolutely disastrous online shop. There is no communication with the customer, orders are simply deleted without receiving a notification, so that articles are of course out of stock during the time of publication, pre-orders are therefore no longer necessary. Emails are not replied to, if you call directly, you are put off to the email address, although emails are not replied to. Really not to be recommended. If a band sells their products somewhere else, they BUY there, NEVER FROM NAPALM! You will only be disappointed here.

Eine kürzlich gelieferte eingeschweisste LP hatte einen Produktionsfehler vom Presswerk und ich habe nach 2 Emails anstandslos und umgehend (sogar Expresslieferung) kostenlosen Ersatz erhalten. DAS nenne ich Kundenservice (und die Kommunikation war zudem noch voll nett...Danke Heidi!). Alles Perfekt! Support your local dealer! Fast and error-free deliveries for years. The range has always been very good and is getting better and better. A recently delivered shrink-wrapped LP had a production error from the press shop and after 2 emails I received a free replacement immediately (even express delivery) without any problems. THAT is what I call customer service (and the communication was also really nice ... Thanks Heidi!). Everything perfect! Support your local dealer!
