G	Gerhard Strasser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ soeben dort eine leuchstoffröhre erworben - zu einem preis von 15€ (natürlich KEINE rechnung bekommen) zuhause kurz - wegen des doch teuren preises - im i-net gecheckt - dort wird die idente röhre um durchschnittlich 3€ angeboten, das bedeutet für mich, dass ich für das "kaufe lokal" mit einem 400% igen preisaufschlag belohnt wurde :-( I just bought a fluorescent tube there - at a price of 15 € (of course, NO invoice received) at home briefly - because of the expensive price - checked in the i-net - there the identical tube is offered for an average of 3 €, which means for me that I was rewarded with a 400% surcharge for "buying locally" :-(

Nach mehrmaliger Urgenz wurde eine Lösung des Problems mit ordentlichem Aufpreis angeboten. Null Entgegenkommen resp. Kulanz, mieses Service, nein danke nie wieder. After the purchase was completed, I was left pretty much alone with any problems that occurred, the problem would be with my apartment, that was the first help I received, a bit from above. After several urges, a solution to the problem was offered at a reasonable surcharge. Zero concession or Goodwill, lousy service, no thanks, never again.
