I	Irinochka Kitty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I CAN NOT RECOMMEND THIS STUDIO! After clients the master of manicure doesn’t change instruments. No antiseptic spray at the working place. No hand gloves for working. The quality is not perfect. They do not change the towels, only chickened out and put the same. and spray master must to use not to the eyes of clients, for the instruments before new client will sit down. Anyhow my impression was not good.

The lady at the reception welcomed me with such a rudeness and in an incredible unfriendly and disrespectful way, which she kept throughout my stay. I have never experienced such a treatment in any spa, restaurant or shop. The atmosphere at this spa is terrible. If I was the owner I would dismiss the receptionist. She is without any doubt ruining the business. I will definitely never go there again and cannot recommend anyone to go there.
K	Kathy Nield on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my fourth visit here and this time it was really disappointing, particularly the manicure I can understand the miscommunication that lead to my nails bring taken back too short. I cannot a copy sloppy varnishing, with gel, which has the coating in contact with the cuticle. Also no hand massage or moisturiser here to complete the job. Thanks however to the pedicurist whose work was good.

Yes, members of staff there speak various languages, but I can not see in which way it is a problem. The choice of Shellack shades is simply tremendous! Will certainly go again!

A	Aleksandra Petrash on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great manicure, catastrophic hygiene. The nail artist didn't disinfect her or my hands before the procedure. She also didn't open a new pack of instruments, they were just lying in the tray under the napkin. Nailfiles are not individual. The brush she kept rubbing my nails with was quite old and dirty. After the manicure was done, she just threw the instruments on the same tray, sprayed a couple splashes of disinfection on them and covered it up with a napkin again, so I assume, that no proper disinfection took place before my manicure. I really hope I won't catch any fungal infection, or worse. The staff and the lady at the reception were all very nice, and the manicure looks good but leaving the salon in dread of a disease is so not 2022. I won't be coming back.

As other reviews say they do speak another language in between them, but what was worst for me is that I felt stressed during the whole session ( at the end the lady was even rushing to finish “in time”) - when should be instead relaxing to do your nails and pamper yourself. I would not go back.
C	Caro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to get shellac done and it took them one and a half hours because the first Nail lady wasn't able to get the job done so she got another Nail lady to do it. How can you offer a service that you don´t know how to do? The workers were extremely rude to each other. I felt very uncomfortable listening to the way they talked to each other. Their work environment was very toxic. After sitting there for one and a half hours I left the salon with my nails looking terrible but I was just happy that I could finally leave that place. Definitely avoid this place!
