Kann ich nur empfehlen , nach einem Reinfall in einem anderen angeblichen Fachgeschäft in Wr Neustadt , endlich bei Familie Schramm angekommen und super toll und fachlich beraten und repariert worden . Herzlichen Dank A specialty shop with sooooooooo much heart and professional competence. If you need help then just go there. I can only recommend, after a failure in another alleged specialty store in Wr Neustadt, finally arrived at the Schramm family and had super great and professional advice and repairs. thank you very much
A	Alex S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unzumutbar! Ich habe meine Jacke abgeben und bin nach 5 wochen mal hin, um zu fragen was mit meiner jacke ist. Ich wurde nur sehr unfreundlich abgewiesen und solle in 3 Tagen nochmal kommen. Angeblich sei schon alles ausgenäht, nur der zipper muss noch eingenäht werden. Eine Woche später wollte ich meine Jacke endlich abholen. Sie wurde erst ewig gesucht und dann gefunden, exakt so, wie sie 6 Wochen vorher aufgehangen wurde. Es war nichts gemacht. Das mit dem Zipper war auch gelogen. Nie wieder. Report this! I have my jacket off and am after 5 weeks down to ask what is with my jacket. I was rejected very unfriendly and should come back in 3 days. Supposedly everything was sewn out, only the zipper has to be sewn in. One week later I finally wanted to pick up my jacket. She was first sought after and then found, exactly as she was hung 6 weeks before. There was nothing done. That with the zipper was also a lie. Never again.

Und nach einiger Wartezeit habe ich meine perfekt und kostengünstig (und ohne Nebeneinnahmeversuche) reparierte Nähmaschine wieder einsatzbereit zurückerhalten. Es gibt dort auch diverse Kurse, die offensichtlich gerne angenommen werde . Quite a curious store, but nice and friendly bosses! And after some waiting time, I got my perfectly and cost-effectively (and without additional income attempts) repaired sewing machine back ready for use. There are also various courses that are obviously gladly accepted.
E	Eva Fürtinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unzuverlässlich und viel zu teuer!! Habe meine Nähmaschine hingebracht, weil der Zick-Zack Stich nicht gegangen ist. Die Dame meinte, dass sie nur etwas geölt werden muss und nichts kaputt ist, in zwei Wochen ist sie fertig. Nach fünf Wochen hab ich angerufen, da wussten sie nichts von meiner Nähmaschine. Nach langem erklären haben sie dann gesagt sie machen sie heute noch. Habe sie heute abgeholt, und beim zahlen dachte ich, das kann jetzt nicht war sein! 90 Euro!!!!!!! Das ist für 'nur etwas ölen' doch ein sehr unverschämter Preis! Unreliable and way too expensive !! I brought my sewing machine there because the zigzag stitch didn't work. The lady said that it just needs to be oiled a little and nothing is broken, in two weeks it will be ready. After five weeks I called and they didn't know anything about my sewing machine. After a long explanation they said they are still doing it today. I picked it up today, and when I paid I thought it couldn't be true! 90 euros !!!!!!! That's a very outrageous price for 'just oiling something'!

Dee Hammer sind die Nähkurse, die liebevoll und mit ganz viel Fachwissen von Frau Schramm angeboten werden. Toll, dass es dieses Geschäft in Wiener Neustadt gibt!!! Beautiful fabrics, great service and competent advice. Dee Hammer are the sewing courses that are offered lovingly and with a lot of specialist knowledge by Ms. Schramm. It's great that this shop is in Wiener Neustadt !!!
M	Manon Pankl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe etwas zum Besticken abgegeben bereits mehrere Male. Und jedes nal war es nicht rechtzeitig fertig trotz Terminvereinbarung. Ich wurde unfreundlich weggeschickt mit einem "ich bin leider nicht dazu gekommen" und solle am Nachmittag wiederkommen. Das wollte ich auch allerdings kam ich nur knapp vor Ladenschluss und die Antwort war " ich sperre um 16:30". Auf ein Entschuldige geschweige Preisnachlass kann man dort lange warten. Wenn es eine andere Möglichkeit gegeben hätte, wäre ich sicherlich nicht so oft dort hingegangen. Das nächste mal fahre ich extra nach Wien. Und Preise variieren bei ihr sehr stark, kommt mir manchmal nach Lust und Laune vor dort. I have already given something to embroider several times. Und zur Info für die Besitzerin, der 31.12. ist kein Feiertag.. und man wird ja wohl fragen dürfen, wie lange an dem Tag geöffnet ist. Danke, von diesem Laden brauch ich nichts… The short phone call was enough .. seldom heard such an unfriendly "information". And for information for the owner, the 31.12. is not a public holiday .. and you can probably ask how long it is open that day. Thanks, I don't need anything from this shop ...

I gave my sewing machine to repair and the lady said that in 2 weeks the machine would be ready, I came back in 2 weeks, then another 2 weeks, and so a year passed. I wanted to take my mashine back and it doesn't matter if it was repaired or not, but no one could answer to me what happened with it and why I couldn't have it back.I never thought that something like that could happen here. Very disappointed!
