★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider absolut schlechte Erfahrung mit der Bestellung einer neuen Nähmaschine: die Bestellung wird vor Ort von der Beraterin auf einem Notizblock aufgenommen. Nachdem die vereinbarte Lieferzeit schon deutlich überschritten war, stellt sich nach Rückfrage heraus, dass die Bestellung verloren gegangen ist. Allerdings sei die Nähmaschine in OÖ ohnehin lagernd und könne innerhalb kurzer Zeit geliefert werden. Nach 8 Tagen dann der Anruf, dass die Maschine nun abgeholt werden kann.
Allerdings stellt sich heraus, dass es sich um das falsche Modell handelt.
Da bleibt leider nichts anderes übrig, als die Bestellung zu stornieren und - schweren Herzens - im Internet statt im Fachhandel zu kaufen.
Unfortunately, absolutely bad experience with ordering a new sewing machine: the order is recorded on site by the consultant on a notepad. After the agreed delivery time was clearly exceeded, it turns out after an inquiry that the order has been lost. However, the sewing machine in Upper Austria is in stock anyway and can be delivered within a short time. After 8 days the call that the machine can now be picked up.
However, it turns out that it is the wrong model.
Unfortunately, there is nothing left to do but cancel the order and - with a heavy heart - buy on the Internet instead of in specialist shops.
