Bis zu diesem Freitag mittag, da wurde mir gesagt, daß heute keine Pakete angenommen werden, weil keine Pakete übers Wochenende eingelagert werden, und das Geschäft ist kein* Abstellplatz.( am Montag werden die nächsten Pakete geholt) ich soll am Montag wieder kommen, da darf ich sie bringen!! (Ist ja meine Zeit und Sprit)Da es einen Vertrag mit Hermes gibt, müßen die Pakete angenommen werden. (Habe mit Zentrale gesprochen, die ganz empört über diese Vorgangsweise waren). Hoffe, der Vertrag wurde gekündigt.Jedenfalls hat daß mit kundenorientiert nichts zu tun. Nie wieder!!!! Hermes parcel shop included !! Parcel posted a few times. Until this Friday at noon, I was told that no parcels will be accepted today because no parcels are stored over the weekend and the shop is not a * parking space. (The next parcels will be picked up on Monday) I should come back on Monday, I can bring them there !! (It's my time and fuel) Since there is a contract with Hermes, the packages have to be accepted. (I spoke to headquarters, who were very indignant about this approach). Hope the contract has been canceled. In any case, that has nothing to do with * customer-oriented *. Never again!!!!
