Auch nach der Frage warum das so sei ,kam leider keine Entschuldigung oder Erklaerung .das finde ich schade. Unfortunately already at 8:30 in the morning a very snappy and unfriendly service. Also after the question why that is Unfortunately, there was no apology or explanation. I think that's a shame.
