Wenn ich der Nah & Frisch Mitarbeiterin erkläre ich würde gerne ein Paket versenden und eine Sendungsverfolgungsnummer benötigen, dann soll man seine Kunden auch nicht zum Narren halten.
Nachdem mir eine Rechnungsbestätigung aber keine Sendungsverfolgungsnummer ausgehändigt wurde, reklamierte ich dies. Die Mitarbeiterin meinte ich könne doch mit der Rechnungsnummer im Netz die Post verfolgen, was, wie ich informiert bin, falsch ist. Kenne mich bei der Post selbst sehr gut aus.
Ich sagte ihr auch dies ist nicht möglich. Als nächstes wollte sie mir weiß machen, ich solle doch den QR-Code auf der Rechnung scannen, dann kann ich auch die Post verfolgen. Bin dann mit Kopf schütteln gegangen.
My review is all about mail support:
If I tell the Nah & Frisch employee that I would like to send a package and need a tracking number, then you shouldn't fool your customers.
After I was given an invoice confirmation but no tracking number, I made a complaint. The employee said I could follow the post with the invoice number on the net, which I have been informed is wrong. I know my way around the post office very well.
I also told her this is not possible. Next, she wanted to make me know that I should scan the QR code on the invoice, then I can also track the post. Then went to shake my head.
