★ ★ ★ ★ ★ meine Tochter macht einen Termin- Dame nicht da, nach Anruf meinte sie "ich war mir nicht sicher ob sie kommt"- schon allein diese Antwort! Wir waren noch nie dort also kann sie mit uns keine schlechte Erfahrung gemacht haben. Es war ja schon komisch das sie meine Tochter bei Terminvereinbarung gefragt hat "bist du sicher das du kommst"- was mein Kind auch bejaht hat. Echt unmöglich so ein verhalten!!! Sie meint sie ist in 15 min. da- wir warten 25min. keiner kommt- niemand meldet sich- wir sind wieder gefahren. Sehr unzuverlässig - ich empfehle sie nicht.
my daughter doesn't make an appointment - lady, after calling she said "I wasn't sure if she was coming" - this answer alone! We have never been there so she cannot have had a bad experience with us. It was funny that she asked my daughter when making an appointment "are you sure you are coming" - which my child also said yes. Really impossible to behave like this !!! She thinks it will be in 15 minutes. we wait 25min. nobody comes - nobody answers - we drove again. Very unreliable - I do not recommend it.
