D	Daniel Bruckner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einen Kundendienst gibt es so gut wie gar nicht, manchmal so Fahrer dabei, die nicht gut fahren und warscheinlich erst seit 2 Jahren fahren. Manchmal geht es eh , aber manchmal auch so fahrer dabei die sehr Unfreundlich sind. There is hardly any customer service, sometimes there are drivers who do not drive well and have probably only been driving for 2 years. Sometimes it works anyway, but sometimes there are also drivers who are very unfriendly.
T	Tara B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es ist eine Frechheit Kinder mit einem Ausschlag bezüglich einer Allergie nicht mitfahren zu lassen die keine andere Möglichkeit haben Nachhause zu kommen. Nur weil es keinen Mund-Nasen Schutz hat. Würde gerne Null Sterne geben.!!! It is a cheek not to allow children with an allergy rash who have no other option to get home. Just because it doesn't have mouth and nose protection. Would like to give zero stars. !!!

Es gab keine Entschuldigung! Nichts!!? ?? I would love to give zero stars! We are -11 degrees and there was no bus! No replacement nothing nothing! Our children waited almost an hour. There was no excuse! Nothing !! ?

Wenn er wenigstens höfflich gewesen were aner nein umd er sah ihr auch noch zu wie die arme weinte das geht har nicht bein nächsten mal gibt es eine anzeige Arme leonie sie tut mir so leid schade das man keine 0 Sterne geben kann das hätte der fahrer verdient wenn das nochmal passiert gibt es gibt es ANZEIGE!! A good friend of mine had a very bad allergy and had to see a doctor urgently, but he missed her with the words: go go! Aber das ein Bus Fahrer absichtlich so fährt, daß es die Kinder fast umhaut und dabei lacht ist eine Frechheit. Dies wurde nicht nur von einem Kind so erzählt. Auf Nachfrage was das denn soll, wurde ich (bzw meine Tochter) vom Herrn am Telefon so her gestellt als würde ich mir das aus der Nase ziehen. Des weiteren ist es für ihn kein Problem das der Bus Fahrer im Bus raucht (was ich eh nur nebenbei erwähnt habe, weil sich keine Kinder im Bus befanden)und auch nicht das im Wohngebiet statt 30 ein 50er gefahren wird, im Dunkeln, bei Nebel (steht nämlich eine Anzeigen Tafel von der Gemeinde bei uns in der Straße) Ich bezahle dafür das mein Kind sicher zur Schule kommt und wieder heim und dass darf man auch erwarten. Furthermore, it is not a problem for him that the bus driver smokes in the bus (which I mentioned only incidentally because there were no children in the bus) and also that in the residential area a 50er is driven instead of 30, in the dark, with fog (namely there is a notice board of the community in our street) I pay for my child to come safely to school and back home and that can also be expected.
l	lukriq on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Busfahrer sind unhöflich, die meisten haben oft Verspätung bis hin zu 10 Minuten, und das Handy am Steuer darf natürlich auch nicht fehlen.. Meiner Meinung nach, hätte VOR "N-Bus" nicht die Zulassung an diesen Strecken geben sollen. Bus drivers are rude, most of them are often delayed by up to 10 minutes, and of course the cell phone at the wheel should not be missing either. In my opinion, VOR "N-Bus" shouldn't have given approval for these routes.
N	NORBERT Goelss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unverantwortlicher Busfahrer, lässt Kinder mitten auf der Straße aussteigen weil das Haltesignal übersehen wird, das Ganze auf unübersichtlicher Stelle bei Schneesturm!!! Bei Anruf in der Zentrale wegen Beschwerde wurde mir gesagt dass dies passieren kann!! Eigentlich sollten solche Leute nicht mit Schülertransport beauftragt werden! Linie 784 Yspertal, Auskunft Zentrale Hr. Riedl Irresponsible bus driver, lets children get out in the middle of the street because the stop signal is overlooked, the whole thing in a confusing place during a snowstorm! When I called the head office because of a complaint, I was told that this can happen! Actually, such people shouldn't be assigned to transport school children!
