Und das Strom- und Gas-Angebot hat auch gepasst :-) If you call the Serviceline here, lift friendly, competent people! That's what I call service. And the electricity and gas offer has also fit :-)

Die Erreichbarkeit per Telefon ist immer sehr gut und auch per Mail erhält man super schnell eine Antwort! Hier fühlt man sich als Kunde wertgeschätzt - DANKE! All staff are very friendly and competent. The accessibility by phone is always very good and by mail you get super fast an answer! Here you feel valued as a customer - THANK YOU!

Bekomme nie die Rechnung geschickt, sondern immer gleiche eine Mahnung. ATTENTION ROCK! You are lured with a supposedly cheap offer, but in the end you pay significantly more. Billing doesn't work either. Never get the invoice sent, but always the same reminder.
