★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War eine einsame Schuhanprobe - Leider nichts passendes gefunden. Jedoch - meine Reklamation von einem Paar Schuhe wurde wirklich unkompliziert abgewickelt.
It was a lonely shoe fitting - unfortunately nothing suitable was found. However - my complaint about a pair of shoes was handled really easily.

Schuhe während 3G Regelung gekauft, nach ca. 2-3 Wochen waren beide Schuhe defekt Umtausch NUR mit 2G möglich…. wo leben wir ? (auch eine Gutschrift ist nur mit 2G möglich)
For the "nice" customer service preferably 0 stars...
Shoes bought during 3G regulation, after approx. 2-3 weeks both shoes were defective Exchange ONLY possible with 2G…. where do we live (a credit is only possible with 2G)
