Das betrifft keineswegs den Lehrkoerper, von dem viel Positives berichtet wird, allerdings betrifft meine Kritik die Administration. Aufgrund eines Unfalls konnte meine Tochter den Unterricht nicht aufnehmen, d. h. es gab keine einzige Unterrichtsstunde. Den Kursbetrag habe ich trotz oftmaliger Urgenz und ebensovielen Versprechungen nicht zurückerhalten. Das ist empörend und hochgradig bedenklich !! Immerhin handelt es sich um ca. 250 Euro, die wir jetzt betr. Heilkosten für meine Tochter gut brauchen könnten! Unfassbar, dass seit Monaten keine Rückerstattung erfolgt ist!! I can only warn against this music school. This in no way affects the teaching staff, from whom many positive things have been reported, but my criticism concerns the administration. Due to an accident, my daughter was unable to start class; H. there was not a single lesson. Despite frequent urges and just as many promises, I did not get the course fee back. That is outrageous and highly questionable! After all, it is about 250 euros, which we could now use for medical expenses for my daughter! Incredible that no refund has been made for months!

M	Max Bineder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe hier für zwei Jahre Klavierunterricht genommen und war trotz des etwas chaotisch wirkenden Sekretariat sehr zufrieden, da meine Lehrerin wirklich engagiert war und ich wirklich etwas gelernt habe. Nach 3 Semestern hat diese allerdings die Musikschule verlassen (laut ihrer Aussage nach wegen chaotischer Organisation und generell unfreundlichem Arbeitsklima), woraufhin ich eine andere Lehrerin bekommen habe. Diese war zwar ebenfalls kompetent was das fachliche angeht, hatte allerdings einen starken Akzent, was die Kommunikation recht schwer gestaltete. Diese Lehrerin hatte ich allerdings auch nur etwa 2 Monate, da sie vermutlich auch aufgehört hat ich habe wieder eine neue Lehrerin bekommen. Eine vorzeitige Kündigung, in Betracht des zweifachen Wechsels, wurde eher unfreundlich durch das Sekretariat abgelehnt. Ein so häufiger Wechsel an Lehrern ist natürlich sehr anstrengend, da jeder einen Fokus auf andere Musikrichtungen legt und natürlich auch die Schüler erst Kennenlernen muss um diese effektiv fördern zu können. Um klar zustellen: Ich empfand alle Lehrerinnen als sehr kompetent und freundlich, aber dieses Chaos, und die Unfreundlichkeit, die sich anscheinend quer durch die Organisation zieht, macht diese Musikschule absolut nicht empfehlenswert. I took piano lessons here for two years and, despite the somewhat chaotic secretariat, I was very satisfied because my teacher was really committed and I really learned something. After 3 semesters, however, she left the music school (according to her statement because of the chaotic organization and generally unfriendly working atmosphere), whereupon I got another teacher. Although this was also competent in terms of technical matters, it had a strong accent, which made communication quite difficult. I only had this teacher for about 2 months, because she probably stopped, too. I got a new teacher again. An early termination, considering the double change, was rather unfriendly rejected by the secretariat. Such a frequent change of teachers is of course very exhausting, as everyone focuses on different styles of music and of course the students first have to get to know them in order to be able to promote them effectively. To be clear: I found all teachers to be very competent and friendly, but this chaos, and the unfriendliness that apparently runs through the organization, makes this music school absolutely not recommendable.
E	Elsa Meier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten eine deutsch-russisch polnische Hochzeitsfeier. Wir waren zu 100% zufrieden. Absprachen wurden genau eingehalten. Die Buchung war unkompliziert. Wir wurden bestens beraten und betreut. Die Resonanz bei den Gästen und uns war einfach super . Es war immer Stimmung, tolle Spiele und eine absolut geniale Animation. Alles in allem war die Band sehr geil- Einfach nur toll. Auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen, es geht nicht besser. We had a German-Russian Polish wedding party. We were 100% satisfied. Agreements were strictly adhered to. Booking was straightforward. We were given the best advice and support. The response from the guests and us was simply great. There was always a good atmosphere, great games and absolutely brilliant animation. All in all, the band was very awesome - just great. Definitely to be recommended, it couldn't be better.
